A Word About Our Items: At BeyondTheGarage.com, we try to provide you with interesting, unique,  and hard-to-find items.  Because many of our items are hand-made one at a time by individual artisans, they will not all be identical.  In particular, items that are made from used parts or recycled metal may have minor but noticeable differences from the item pictured on the website, in that not all cogs, gears, chains, etc., come from the same source.  We feel that is what makes these items great – your item will truly be one-of-a-kind.  Please keep in mind that the weights, measurements, etc., that we provide in the item description are averages, and that the item you receive may not adhere exactly to those figures. Return authorizations will not be issued later than 15 days after your order was received. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Shipping charges are non- refundable; the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return shipments.   Payment Options: Credit Cards and PayPal: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. Please be aware that if you pay using PayPal’s eCheck service, your order will not be processed until the check has cleared (usually 5-7 business days). Check or Money Order:  If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call Crocketts Legendary Cyclesmiths at (760) 793-5582 to place your order over the phone. Please be aware that your order will not be processed until the check or money order has been received and the deposit has cleared.   Please include your name, address, and phone number with your check. A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Tax: All items shipped within California are subject to sales tax at a rate of 7.25%.   There is no sales tax on items shipped to locations outside of California.
